Remote Techs is a service company which is the primary focus is to service Small and Medium size Businesses with the same level of PC Support that they would get if they had an entire IT department to themselves. We focus on being a proactive computer support company and not reactive. Therefore, problems are detected in advance. We prefer not to wait for problems to arise. We have developed a unique support system that is user friendly and very informative.
History
Remote Techs was started because of the high demand that businesses rely on their computers. We understand that, and we know that businesses cannot wait for a tech to make his way to them .... It must be IMMEDIATE!
