How do I get tech support?

How do I get technical help?

There are 4 ways to get technical support from Remote Techs

We always ask that current customers log into our support system (if possible) before trying any other manner of contacting us for support. The reason for this is that we track all work provided to your company within our system so that we have accurate records of everything that is done.

1) Automatically login to our support system by clicking the Remote Techs logo in the system tray of your computer (bottom right, next to the clock of your computer). Please be patient as it takes a minute to bring up the page and to log you in. Please log in through the computer with the issues as it will assign the ticket to the computer you log into.

2) Manually login by visiting the support website at https://support.las.net . Yyou will need to know your username and password to log in.

3) Call us at 626-398-4004 opt 2 (for phone support)

4) Email us at support@remotetechs.net (usually responded to within 24 hrs)

How do I check my email from anywhere?

How do I check my email from anywhere?

A:
First you must have an internet connection and a web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape) and go to the following link.

You must know your login username and password.

Email Setup

How do I setup my email on my computer?

A:
There are so many different program that are used to check your email so we will give you the basic setup instructions as well as show you how to set it up in Microsoft Outlook Express which is Internet Explorer's default email program.

Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server = mail.yourdomain.com
Incomming (POP3) Mail Server = mail.yourdomain.com

Username is your email address
Password was assigned to you previously
